3.5 stars. This is a small tapas bar across from and affiliated with Casa de Fujimori across the street. The standard menu is full of veggie, seafood, and meat tapas, as well as paella(of course). And there’s always a small number of daily specials. The drink menu is lacking on the beer front(as is true across the street), but there’s wine and sangria to tide you over if the lager on the menu won’t do. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, and would be fantastic if not for them allowing smoking.(Who likes to inhale smoke along with their yummy food? Shesh) I’ve never seen an English menu or any sign that they’re able to offer service in English. If you’re a non-Japanese speaker but know Spanish food terms(the main menu has dish names listed in Spanish and Japanese, as I recall) you can probably sort out what you want. The staff is friendly and I’m sure will do their best to help.
