The kind people that work here make this a top place for me to stay! I did’t have to lift a finger while staying here. – I called the front desk for some safety pins to fix a little wardrobe malfunction and they didn’t understand what I was saying, so I gave up and told them that it was ok…15 min. later I had safety pins delivered to my room. :) This hotel has beautiful views of the bay and Tokyo is just a quick train ride away. It took me a while to get used to Japans «no tipping» rule – they believe being kind to people shouldn’t have to be rewarded. Love it!
