This is my personal awful experience with the this pet grooming salon. I’ve patronized this grooming salon before and I have never had trouble like this before. After our normal groomer stopped working here the current groomer didn’t really take car of my furkid.
As parking is difficult in this area, I had the groomer hand the dog to me as I pulled up to stop in front of the establishment. After getting home, I’ve found my poor pooch to be synched in several places. The amount of pain that poor boy is feeling. I doubt I’ll ever go back there for their grooming services ever. How ever I will still patronize the pet store as their prices are reasonable.
I made the mistake — my usual groomer was booked out that day and My doggie needed a cut badly, shampoo and nail trim. Who would have thought something so simple would turn out so awful.

Do not be deceived by small pet stores around, sometimes it is not about the big luxurious place you are paying but the the groomer.
This is my dog favorite grooming place, it may not be very nice like Petsmore but the groomer cuts so well. With it’s cages and little space for them to walk around, the cages are frequently change and clean by the workers. i recommend do not go during the weekends as they can go up to 20 dogs day. That is how good their business is.
As for weekdays, it is not as quiet as you think, about 10 or more dogs during the weekdays. One thing why i love sending my dog here is that he will smell like powder and hair like cotton. I could barely recognize him with his short hair and shapy face. While brush teeth in Petsmore is about Rm12 here is only RM5. The groomer takes their time to shape and not like other groomer i see, either they rush to cut or to cut imperfectly.
Once it is done, they will call you that your dog is ready for pick up or if you are waiting you can watching how other people’s dog cut their hair or watch those dogs waiting for their turn. I do not mind spending RM90−100 for a full groom or RM50 for a half groom because i know in the end of the day, i am paying for a good service.
