Focus Point Signature

Very much appreciated their effort in attending to customers and dealing with issues here. I was here earlier to get some contact lens, while the prescriptions that I wanted were not available in this outlet, they actually made the effort to get it from another outlet for me. While I was told to wait for five minutes, I told them that I am going to come back later to collect what I wanted. They politely asked me to leave my contacts and agreed for me to come back later on to collect my order.
This, in comparison to simply telling customers that they just do not have ready stock available, is apparently a better way to deal with customers’ requests, and definitely making the consumer experience more pleasant.
While I purchased my contact lens, I later realized that the contact lens has ‘daily wear only’ written on the box. I mistaken it for the daily lens, so I took it back to the store to enquire about it, and later being told that it actually means that I could wear it daily and up to a month. Customer service was great, I would say.
I then tried on my contact lens, but realized that this brand’s contact lens give me a blur vision. I told the staff and he actually offered to let me try on another brand’s pair of contact lens of the same value, and gave me an exchange. And, that’s including the pair that I’m wearing as well — to be exchanged to another new pair of contact lens. Definitely good service that deserves to be talked about!

Now this is what I call a boutique interior! The insides of the place is simply amazing! From the undulating ceiling features to the curved display units. Everything just gets better from there. Although I would loose a couple of the bulky display units in the middle to make it more airy but I guess they just want to maximize their floor plan. They really are getting their moneys worth.
The brands that they carry are nothing to be scoffed at either. Chopard, Gucci, Bvlgari, Loewe, Tom Ford, Mont Blanc and a slew of other high-​end designers. As a designer, if my name ends up on one of the display cases in a boutique where the ceiling is undulating, it means that I have made it. I have to hustle a little more to get there.
The floors are minimal and bare, and the furniture encapsulates that style. As an Architect (yes I’m a designer and an Architect) the rule of thumb is to never have too many elements happening in one space, it makes the space look small and cluttered. Just a pointer if ever you think of changing things up a bit around your place.
