I have been looking for many many other saloons in kuala lumpur until i found number 76. I have always heard about 76 and finally make an appointment to try it out. I have tried a few stylist in 76, everyone is fairly good but i have my own favourite personal hair stylist which is Hikky! Never fail to impress me everytime. She is always fully booked so if u wanna book her time please book in advance in their website to avoid any disappointment :)

I honestly love this hair salon of all time! Despite the pricey range, the hair stylist are all super experienced and they will advise you what hairstyle actually suits your face. One thing that stands out about this hair salon is DIFFERENT. They are so different than any other hair salons, the treatments they use is Japanese brand — Shiseido and treatments are all different types which is better than other hair salons. If you see their website, they are very famous for dip dye colours from pink to purple to red, if you are looking to do treatments, they got many range such as the Ultrasonic treatment, Kerastese, Rebonding, Digital Perm, Scalp Treatment and many more. Just for cutting hair — you got 4 levels to choose from, Senior Stylist, Director, Senior Director, Managing Director from the price range of Rm76 — Rm138. Wash and blow is Rm42, Wash and styling is Rm64. When you think of colouring your hair, i recommend you to come here, they got wide range of colours from normal colour to organic colour from Rm140 — Rm300. I came here to cut my hair before as i dont really know the shape of my hair that is suitable for my face, when i met Charles the stylist, he advised me. I was served biscuit and tea. If you are not looking to do your hair, they got manicure and pedicure service which gives the most amazing nail art. Come by here and get your hair a makeover, after all, everybody needs a good hair cut right?

Number 76 is getting famous recently in the town as there are many bloggers get their hair treatment/service done in there. Number 76 first started in Tokyo, Japan and then expanded to Malaysia. Currently, there are 5 branches opening in KL. I would say they get famous for a reason. I enjoyed the service provided by the hair stylists very much and became one of their loyal customer. i visited a few different branches of Number 76 and all of the hair stylists were being very professional and patient when giving consultation. However, some of their hair stylist are Japanese, so you will find that there might be some difficulties on the communication. However, they do speak simple english and you might want to slow your speed while speaking to ensure your message conveyed correctly. Something different of the branch in Mont Kiara compared with others, which probably due to the neighbourhood, is they provide a small kids corner with toys that keep your kids occupied while you’re doing your hair. It’s really thoughtful for the mothers. So now you might ask, how about my boyfriend/husband? There is café called, Caffe Crema that linked together with Number 76 which your partner can wait for you while having a good coffee. However, I have yet to try out the café.
