A nice little café serving very traditional Malaysian breakfast, namely toast bread with Kaya and half-boiled eggs. Remember to try their Roti Bun instead of KFD, you don’t easily get that kind of bun in KL/PJ area. They used to serve very delicious beef nasi lemak but sadly now it’s no more.

They offer set lunch from 12pm — 2.30pm, main meal + choice of barley /cincau/lemon tea ranges from rm12.60 to rm15. Food is just average, rice meal portion is quite big. I really like the lemon tea here, quite concentrated

Ka fei dian is just one of those shops you go into if you’re : a) looking for a cheap eat b) rush meal or c) waiting for someone Serving simple but classic malaysian food, it is somehow both unremarkable and reliable at the same time. What I mean is, for an affordable bowl of noodles or plate of rice, it does fill you up but you’ll surely forget about it in an hr or so. That being said, it is located in a pretty convenient and obvious spot on the ground floor. And people love it so. It get pretty crowded during lunch time by office workers because of its cheap lunvh sets which I have to say is worth checking out. As for the coffee, pretty darn good especially at the start of the day. So do not be detered by the servers surly facse and go right ahead and order yourself a cuppa!

Ka Fei Dian is a literal translation to the word ‘coffee shop’, and lives up to its name by selling affordable, tasty cups of coffee. Apart from the coffee about to give you a short heart attack from its copious amounts of condensed milk, there are a lot of eating options like soft boiled eggs or nasi lemak, a typical sight in a real coffee shop. However, despite that, the food is just passable, and really more of a novelty than anything else. It would have been nice if the food itself tastes good to justify both its name and its ambience. That being said, I really liked the coffee there, even when I am getting a heart attack as I speak. Ah well.

Back then when I was working at Amcorp tower, I came down to the Amcorp mall in search to eat something healthy or within my diet. Then I came across this kopitiam which has exactly what I needed. I checked the price on the menu and I find it slightly cheaper than those kopitiam chains that you guys often see. I ordered a toast bread and 2 half boiled eggs. Another plus point for the café is that the food was serve fast and hot. The toasted bread was crispy and fresh. The eggs were done perfectly. Though the staffs are does not really smile alot the service they provide is already a thumbs up. Sadly now, Im working far away from there but if you guys are around that area, give that place a try especially after a morning workout at the Taman Jaya Park!

This is the only Kopitiam in Amcorp Mall, a mall like this needs coffee… or cheap coffee. Ka Fei Dian caters for those who loves the kopitiam life style. The toast breat, the kopi o, half boiled eggs, keoy teow soup, nasi lemak. They have all the local traditional favourites and also some western meals. Lunch hours they have chicken chop set with a drink for rm10−12, the 2 chicken is not big but it’s enough for a good meal for protein! Some french fries and coleslaw. I used to work at Amcorp Tower and every morning I always order the Egg and toast set with kopi ice for about rm8. Because it’s the only kopitiam in the mall, I had to bite it. For that kind of price, I was very satisfied by the amount they provide. They eggs are brown eggs instead of the ordinary peasant eggs, the bread is wheat and the slices are huge, butter is in blocks instead of spread though(oh yums!) and alot of kaya. Kopi ais is ordinary though, not too sweet or diluted. Though sometimes the eggs when they deliver is either overcooked or not cooked at all. But if you in need of a good old kopi O tradition, check out this place.
