Have you ever had a problem with your charging cable? I do! Every time I purchase a less expensive (less branded) cable for my iphone, it dies of in less than a month or so. So I got tired of it and decided to purchase myself an authorised Apple cable.
I did some walking at Jaya, and stumbled upon Mac Studio. So here’s the thing with apple stores, I tend to feel that even I know more than their workers at the
Genius Bar. But the workers here proved me wrong. They were very informative with the products and clearly trained in customer service.
A quick look at their products and I found my cable. Definitely pricier than most computer or phone stores, but at least I was assured that it’s genuine and authorised. The worker was even nice enough to let me know that there is a difference in length with these cables. Didn’t know that before, so that was something new.
Overall, I’m often hesitant to head to an Apple store. Usually it’s because of the shabby service and idiotic responses I receive. Mac Studio Live however, has an attentive and well-​informed staff. It’s become my go to spot for Apple accessories and I strongly recommend it be yours too.
