Toyota Showroom & Service Centre

Yes, you can book your service appointments online, but they still prioritise people who call in their appointments, so no worries. There’s a few service centres in PJ, and this is probably the busiest one I’ve been to.
You get a number, someone attends to you for the pre-​service consultation. This is where you go through what sort of service is being done today (major or basic service), and this is when you tell them any problems you might have with the car that you want them to check. If you don’t want to pay RM12 for wash and vacuum, you should say so.
The waiting area here is pretty large and has hot drinks, water, bottled water and a tea lady. And yes, there’s also WiFi to pass the time with and also cable TV if you wish.
When the service is done, they’ll call and/​or text you. They will then walk you through what was done, how much the parts used were, etc, before you pay and sign off on the final bill.
I say this service centre is okay, but I would advise not going there without an appointment or before or after a major holiday: P

The showroom here is huge. Sometimes the service here is pretty efficient as well, they would take about less than 3 hours for them to be done with your car which in my opinion is pretty efficient. They cater to a lot of cars around the area and customers are usually pretty satisfied. I once was looking for a new car to buy and they have salesman that are really attentive. They are pretty helpful as they are looking for sales but they aren’t too pushy unlike quite a number of car showrooms I have been to.
It’s also a very nice showroom with nice interior and a pretty huge showroom with all the different models of Toyota cars.

A very massive showroom and service center in PJ, section 19. I’ve only ever walked in once to the showroom to check out the latest Corolla but that’s about it. The salesman was eager to talk to me but I just kindly decline and check the car and went to meet my friend at the service center area.
The service center is very systematic, as you know Japanese are always very systematic, especially Toyota. They have designated parking, waiting, drop off and pick up points. The waiting area is massive and they are very generous in providing refreshments for their patrons. The staffs are always smiling and they are all well versed in explaining whatever you need to know about your car. One tip I would give is that you might wanna opt out from their car wash when you send your car to service if you want to save a few bucks.
