The place for some good ol jazz music. Id always make my way here to catch some of the best jazz bands im town such as The Bass Syndicate, Rachel Guerzo, Ushera, Najwa and the list goes on.
The sound system here is fantastic.
The place however is a little crampy, service can be a little slow but its acceptable as it does get pretty pack and the good music makes up for that. Food here is pretty awesome too.
It may get a little stuffy, due to the cigarette smoke and it may be annoying to some.

Ever wanted to get Xiaomi or One Plus phones? Then you can purchase directly from Direct D! It’s the only place that actually direct sell this products to the customer. You need to place an order with them and they will bring in by batch. So many people come here and buy them straight. Though the big problem about this place is that it’s always pack with people… from day till night! Though they do give a good discount rate for some cards. I’ve never bought a Xiaomi but my dad has a Redmi note phone. He was pretty satisfied as to how quick and easy the arrangement to purchase his phone from the shop, waiting was not an issue for him.
Other than that, Direct D has other shops on the same streets selling phone covers and accessories. So if you ever need a casing and a tampered screen cover, just walk to their near by shops and get one. Direct D made it easy for their customers to purchase their mobile phones, my dad can be a testimony to that. So go get your cheap phone at Direct D! Hahaha

It seems as though the only people aware about the existence of this shop are techies themselves. They’ve got a wide array of phone brands including not so mainstream ones like Lenovo, Google Nexus and One Plus. Since the shop is located in SS15, parking can be a pain especially on weekdays.
There was hardly any place to stand as the shop is always packed to the brim and it sounds like a market inside with all that noise. I found myself wedged between aunties and foreigners looking for a good bargain. Apparently the reason why their prices are lower than retail prices is because the phones are AP phones. This isn’t a place where you would expect excellent customer service and the sales person to explain the phone’s features to you. As it’s so packed, it’s more of a grab and go.
Inform the salesperson of the model that you want which means you have to do prior research and they’ll immediately get it for you from their storeroom. There is a 3% surcharge on credit cards so be sure to bring enough cash along.

Unless I am getting a new phone, I probably won’t know much about other phones besides the one I am using. So when my cousin who knows her tech stuff told me about this place, I took her word for it. I first looked for the availability of the phone I was going to buy on their online site and then, went to their store to purchase it.
To begin with, this store is in SS15 and SS15 is synonymous with extremely difficult parking! But we got lucky that day and managed to find one close to the store. Anyway, the store (or stores? They have a few shops within walking distance) I went into was packed with other people queueing up to buy their phones.
I don’t do very well in such situations so my friend’s company was very much appreciated. When it was my turn, I told the guy what I wanted and within minutes, I bought the phone. Fast service, yes — but you would need to do your research before going there because they are likely to be too busy to talk to you and advise you.
They have a huge selection of phones and also, accessories. So if you are planning to get a phone at a good price, try this. I highly recommend you to bring enough cash because they charge 3% for credit card payments.

Holy moly! This is the dodgiest place I’ve ever been to when it comes to purchasing an electronic gadget. See my phone died on me recently — much to my dismay. We had a great run Samsung but your battery incompetence forced me to abandon the Samsung ship and join One Plus.
This is one of the few places around Klang Valley that sells One Plus directly to its customers. Don’t ask me how they’ve managed to source their supplies but there are lots in stock — many of which are selling very quickly as well!
My gadget loving friend took me to this place and said to brace myself for a long wait. The place was packed the moment I’ve got here. There were barely any room to breathe! I thanked my lucky stars that I only needed to wait around five minutes before someone attended my needs. The overall purchasing process took 30 minutes (much to my friend’s jealousy). He said it took him two hours to buy his One Plus One phone.
I guess you can expect the unexpected here. They do accept cards with a 3% surcharge. The only way to void that surcharge is to pay in cash (damn those blood-​sucking bastards!). This place looks really run down but they’ve got a «store» behind the front desk where they kept tons of other phones that’s being sold in the current market. Like I said, dodgy much?
