This is the acapulco outpost of a small mexican chain, with most other locations being in or around Mexico City. It’s quite big and adjacent to the mall with a street view. Bright and shiny clean.
Upon being seated we were given big shot glasses of seafood broth. This stuff was incredible. I think I had my glass filled up 3 more times and I definitely could have just eaten the broth for dinner. Seriously that good. But, we didn’t just eat broth and we ordered food too. I ordered a shrimp taco and a fish taco. I wasn’t too hungry (perhaps because of the broth?) and I thought two tacos would be a nice small meal. I was so surprised at the size of the tacos! They were american sized, for sure. They had the shrimp or fish, beans, avocado, cheese and some sort of creamy sauce. They were excellent but just too big for me to finish. Still, I’d recommend Fishers to anyone visiting acapulco who is looking for a casual seafood option.
