We have been staying at the Ritz Cancun for 15 years. Never had a problem there EVER!
We stay on the Club Level. It’s truly amazing. The service is outstanding. From the ladies and gentlemen at the desk and the staff serving all the 5 presentations through out the day and housekeeping the hotel truly
