Beautiful view. The tasting area is outdoors, and the prices are written on a chalkboard, so Jane’s review doesn’t make sense anymore. 5 tastings for $ 11. They also offer free wifi and bread! I liked the sangria as well, which was more like a fruit spritzer.

We had a chance to taste their first production of this new winery to the Guadalupe Valley and were blown away by the Cabernet Sauviognon, Mexcla de la Erre and Rose de la Erre and Sauviognon Blanc! Well worth it! Small, family-owned winery in a beautiful naturalistic setting that is welcoming to groups and families! They even had a great fooseball table to entertain our group and had both the wine maker and wine owner serving and engaging us in the wine making process at Vinas de la Erre. This is a must see winery during your visit to the wine region of Ensenada, Mexico.

We visited several wineries on the Guadalupe trail. The view is beautiful. The owner’s father was very kind and friendly. The wines were too pricy — compared to other wineries — to even think of buying. The cost to taste four wines was the highest we paid in both San Diego area and in Baja. The group tasting next to us could speak Spanish and were given tastings of several additional wines. We believe they took advantage of us as tourists. With so many wineries, skip this one or feel ripped of like we did.
