Aeromexico

So I’m sitting here thinking to myself what just happened… The more I think the more I realize how BS this situation is. I check into my flight 90 minutes before take off. I go to the gate, relax a bit, grab a water and return. My flight leaves at 10:03, and I’m there at 9:40. Hello senior I’m here for my flight. His response «the gate is closed» and «we close 10 minutes before take off» so I say hey man I’m 23 minutes early why is the gate closed. I will save you the story but he gave me a load of BS. The best part is I asked for his name and he wrote on my ticket «late for flight» and the signed the ticket 950 so even though he said 10 minutes before I was still 3 minutes earlier then the 10 minute cut off. AVOID AEROMEXICO AT ALL COST. Plus they charged me $ 300 for the next flight. I hope you get the point.

If I could I would def rate this airlines 0 stars. They were very uninformative of the documents I needed to board to get back to the united states. When I asked them they just told me I needed my boarding pass. Then at the door of the plane I was asked to present an immigration slip that they never explained needed to be presented at the entrance. About 7 people had to run to immigration and get the slip again (for a 30 dollar charge). I had no money and was told by everyone that atm machines close and open back at 3:00 am in the morning. Finally after running around like a mad women I randomly bumped into an atm machine that was open (if I would have known I would have made the flight). When I finally got to the doors and presented my boarding pass and immigration slip the lady took my tickrt, ripped it and told me to go. Then another lady told me to wait and then shortly after told me I wouldn’t be able to get o that flight. At this point it was 1:30 in the morning and I had to wait until 3:30 to for aeromexico to reopen. When they did they made it impossible for me to take t ok a supervisor and at the end wanted me to buy another return ticket for the same price as I bought my round ticket. They scam and want to sick every ounce of money out of you. I would never recommend for anyone to use this airlines. Currently stuck in meixo city due to them.

Zero star if i could. Very unorganized. And they screw up my connecting flight flying from mexico city to vegas. Avoid it at all cost.
