Volaris

Beware of volaris. They are always delaying flights and in my case they didn’t call my name for a final boarding. Thing is that they don’t communicate the delays at all. They tell you at documentation that you are going to a gate but they don’t know the new gate (due to the delay and changes in gates last minute) other airlines were calling for their customers to board. Mine not once! Illegal. Next the picture shows that it’s past 9pm and I’m still on time. Customer service sucks they don’t get paid enough to deal with their own issues.
It’s very weird that I saw no one at my terminal and tomorrow my flight is the same # same time. Never saw the plane.
We bought 6 total flights and won’t admit their mistake…

Avoid this airline at all costs.
Flights are always delayed their low fares are just a front to charge you additional fees for everything you can think of. I’m surprised they don’t charge you to use the restrooms… yet!
Just look at their information counter at any Mexican airport and you will always see a crowd of angry travelers.
There are other great Mexican airlines, don’t fall for these crooks.

Ya había documentado antes con volaris y todo bien, pero hoy me encontré con un cambio positivo, ya que implementaron unas estaciones con computadoras donde pasas y tú mismo imprimes tu pase de abordar, con el pasas directo a documentar la maleta y ya solo te la reciben te explican por donde abordar y todo es súper rápido. Quede satisfecha con el servicio.

They are the worst airline ever they charge for drinks and if you are fliying to mexico from united states you have to pay in pesos for in-​flight stuff. they overcharge bags i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemies

Volaris es una de las aerolíneas en las que evito viajar porque considero que ponen muy poca atención a la puntualidad de sus vuelos, casi siempre están atrasados, el trato no es tan bueno y te cobran hasta las bebidas. En el pasado he decidido darles una segunda oportunidad pero en verdad me di cuenta que puedo dejar pasar todos los detalles pero me molesta demasiado su falta de puntualidad.
Creo que deben de poner mucho énfasis en eso porque realmente es un «issue» para muchas personas que podría cambiar muchas perspectivas a lo largo del camino. Los precios son bastante buenos y el servicio de su página web a la hora de comprar es bastante rápida lo cual es un beneficio. En la experiencia de viajar con la aerolínea considero que tienen varias cosas buenas y en otras pueden mejorar. Debo decir que nunca me han cancelado un vuelo o negándome el abordar por saturar sus vuelos y eso dice mucho.
