Awfully rude and extremely bad service from the franchise owner guy in Mexico whose name is Khan — the most unprofessional guy I think I have ever dealt with who gives you inaccurate information all the way though the process, threatens you with all sorts/​patronizes you if you dare to complain and has just such a horrible attitude and is so arrogant it’s untrue. This Khan guy doesn’t even prepare his actual removal guys properly as they even ended up having to ask our own family in Mexico to use their personal bank accounts to receive cash in order to fix a punctured tyre on their pick up van — something when asking this Khan guy why on earth it happened he couldn’t even bring himself to apologize for (or even thank us for our help for that matter!)
When our things finally turned up in Florida (after two full weeks of being in transit!) we ended up having to help unload the truck ourselves because only one guy arrived on his own, had driven all the way from Texas and was exhausted after 3 days of virtually non stop driving. Beware of this company it’s a complete and utter shambles — you have been warned.
