Tacos, tortas, and mulitas! Everything with pastor is amazing! And the prices are so cheap that you just keep on eating. Loved eating here!

Fuck Yes! This is the only place, we tend to go to, for good ass food. When we come and go, here. One of my uncles, lives around there. Walking distance. And my grandma, has a house there too, she too. Allows us to visit her second house. Anyway, if you happen to pass by, to go elsewhere or stop here. Make a stop on this place. You won’t regret it. :)

I’m not exaggerating. I swear, this is the In N Out of tacos. Nothing in East LA or TJ will ever compare to this. I don’t really bother eating tacos in America anymore cause it doesn’t taste like Manuel’s. You cannot fuck with this. This is seriously the best taco shop in planet Earth.

The best tacos in Rosarito. Really best tacos anywhere. Especially the pastor ones. The portions are good and the prices are great! My family has been coming to Tacos Manuel for years. The taceros know our order already.

These tacos are AMAZING! They serve in big portions & the prices are very accessible. The place is kept clean can’t say the same about the restrooms though. The Adobada is the best in my opinion I’ve also had tripas & asada which are good as well.

I wasn’t very hungry, but these tacos are small and delicious! I ate four of the al pastor tacos and paid 65 pesos. And just so you know, they come with onions/cilantro/guacamole. Don’t make a mistake and go to the other Manuel’s, about 1 mile down the road.

We came to this taco stand after seeing 5star on Unilocal. There is no way this place deserves a 5 star. The quality of the meat is horrific I had 2 asada tacos and 2 pastor tacos I force my self to eat the asada I couldn’t even finish the pastor. Lowest quality meat, mostly fat and just gross

When you think, al pastor, think Tacos Manuel. Of course, it helps to be in Rosarito, Baja California enjoying the life of luxury as you hop from one amazing food stop to another. But this is a great place to eat for next to nothing, experience al pastor as it was intended, and walk away with a big smile on your face. You cannot miss this place. It is the one with the huge trompo displayed in front. A trompo is a vertical rotisserie that looks like a giant top(hence its name). Stacked with thin layers of marinated pork meat until it is about 2 feet tall, it spins slowly like an exhausted whirling dervish, cooking and caramelizing that meat next to an open flame, all the time the juices of the meat, pineapple and onions dribble down the sides. Mouth watering yet? Load up your soft corn tortilla with meat, then do the traditional onion, cilantro and salsa topping, and sink you teeth enthusiastically into this mini street sandwich. Just a dollar. Trust me, you will want more than one. There is nothing better, and here is the place to test the waters, if you have not already done so. Oh yeah, there is more here, but I only had eyes for the pork. There are tables outdoors, under a roof to provide shade and protection from the rain. Bring US dollars, they take them here. And learn to count up to at least ten in Spanish so you can let them know how big your appetite is.

This is our favorite Taco place. We like it even better than Taco Alley in TJ. The Carne asada tacos are exceptional. I prefer harina tortillas(flour) but I am a gringo. I also like the carne asada quesadilla, which is big, and like having a gigantic tacos but with a bit of melted queso. They also have a few pork preps. My H prefers the Al pastor but I love the pork that is cooking in the round boiling oil on the second prep area. It’s just very tender delicious pork. He takes a maiz tortilla, swipes it through the al pastor fat/marinade that has dripped off the al pastor(huge mound of slow roasting layered pork,) and throws it on the grill. Then he grabs a nicely cooked chunk of pork from the boiling vat, and chops it up. Pork is grabbed with the tortilla, and dressed with chopped onions, cilantro and guacamole, all in 3 seconds. It’s amazing.

Tacos Manuel is a great spot for tacos at anytime. One way to judge tacos in Rosarito is to see where the locals eat. Right off the main strip, Tacos Manuel is a nice stop whether u are starting or ending your night. Located near Hotel Don Luis you can walk from your room if you choose. I enjoy the al pastor quesadilla harina. For about $ 8 you can eat like a king!

When they talk about authentic Mexican tacos, this is just that kind of place. A simple place, nothing fancy, just excellent tacos — I have tried the carne asada and al pastor — and those tortillas and guacamole are addictive! I am hooked on the carne asada tostada… if this is wrong, I don’t want to be right.

HANDSDOWN some of the best tacos you’ll find in Baja and open decently late to boot. Carne asada, al pastor, lengua… you can’t go wrong. They also come out to about a buck each so eat up and be merry. Release that inner fat kid

The best $ 1 taco in Alta or Baja California. The al Pastor is spun on the trompo with an onion and pineapple on top. The guacamole, salsa, cebolla and cilantro are wrapped in two delicious tortillas that have been warmed using the fat from the trompo. Grab a lime wedge, some sliced radishes and some salt — you are getting the best there is. Don’t be fooled. There are other places in town called Tacos Manuel and they are not the one. This is near the cross street of Calle Ensenada on Blvd Benito Juarez.
