They really know their coffee, have different types of coffee and several ways to prepare and serve it. Our first time with siphon coffee. Food is really good, prices are decent. Nice ambiance. Free wifi and they accept credit cards.

This place looks very cute, and we chose it for a quick lunch and coffee. I hope We just hit a bad day, but this experience was not at all desirable. First of all the waiters forgot our order, when we reminded them, they pretended the food was in process. When we put on a sour face for the 45 min wait (almost no other customers whether at the place at the time) they offered a beverage to make up for the mistake. Fair enough, I ordered another tea, my friend went for espresso. Unfortunately the espresso then was charged on the bill. I am sorry for this cute place, but services has failed completely.

This place serves the best coffee in town, actually the best coffee I’ve tasted in Mexico! The staff has a great knowledge about their coffee, the farmers and the processing. Order one of their slow coffee, brewed in the way you prefer. You will get a full explenation at your table while the barista preper your coffee. The food is also excellent, and the place are relaxed and beautiful.

El café sigue siendo bueno pero los alimentos han perdido calidad y variedad.
Solía ser de mis sitios favoritos pero el pan paso de ser delicioso y único a comercial y de baja calidad. El café sigue siendo muy bueno aunque un poco caro, considerando que es solo para un bien comercial y no comunitario para los productores de café. El espacio es tan agradable como siembre y el servicio muy bueno.

Oustanding coffee. In addition to great espresso, they also serve slow, cold-​dripped coffee. Very pleasant atmosphere (lots of natural light, high ceiling with exposed wood beams), nice music (chilled and not too loud), and fast, reliable wi-​fi. What more can you ask for?

El mejor café de San Cristóbal de las Casas.
Se llama slow coffee el método que emplean. Me pedí un melitta que incluye 4 tipos de granos de la zona, te traen todo a la mesa te muelen el café y lo sirven y pesan, tanto el café como el agua para que la proporción sea la justa.
Además pedimos un cheescake increíble con base de chocolate repleto de frutos rojos y acompañado con un delicioso helado de canela.
