Limited offering from the kitchen, but the food tastes excellent and looks great!
I would not call the kitchen Ethnical, it is simply Georgian (the country, not the US state).
The Khinkali were very tasty, the pkhali a wonderful surprise! Really looking forward to eating here again!

If you are not allergic to gluten, and are not afraid of a bit of adventure, you should definetely check this place out. Based on the location where IJsboefje resides in the summer, a couple of entrepreneurs started a Georgian eatery and take-​out. Khinkali’s (big dumplings) are tasty savoury treats (dumplings) that are cooked (or steamed). They come in three fillings (meat, cheese and beans) and are extremely tasty. The staff here is very friendly and will explain everything you need to know about the food (like not to eat the tops. I did. I shouldn’t have:-)). They also have some small bites on the sides you probably never tried (and definetely should), like spinach and bean balls. The flavours are very complimentary to European cuisine, yet exotic enough to arrouse your interest. Will be back for more, for sure!
