Not the easiest place to find, it is in the back corner of a newer part of Amsterdam not far from Central Station. Once inside, the office is very modern and nice looking.
We had a reservation in advance for 2 cars and even though no one else was at the office, it took quite long to get everything sorted out (30 – 45 minutes) which I thought was a bit long. Once we got that all settled the guy came with us to the cars that were located in a public garage and explained to us how we needed to get out and what we had to do when we came back. We were able to return either during office hours or after.
Except for the initial registration taking a while, everything else went smooth and we had no issues with the return either.
This place is in a good location to ride the train to and then quickly pickup a car, that is what we did from Haarlem.

I would advise against overnight drop-​offs at this location. They attempted to charge me 25 EUR for an overnight return as they claimed I failed to leave the parking lot voucher on the dash of the vehicle. Thanks to photographic evidence proving otherwise the fee was ultimately refunded, but I would not recommend the hassle. Always take pictures of your rental and any especially any conditional items which they might try to charge you for: parking voucher, keys, fuel gauge, etc.
