i had the worst experience here! i brought in my favorite jacket to be cleaned, and they lost it. after 3 weeks looking for it and i hadnt heard anything from them, i stopped in to ask if they had found it yet. the guy started yelling at me that he was not responsible for my jacket. i said i had given them my jacket in good faith to clean, and yes, he had some responsibility in the matter. he then shouted i was «behaving like a child» to care about a jacket when people are dying in the world…” and kept shouting insults at me, then walked into the back room and slammed the door behind him. the whole thing was so ridiculous and frustrating, he was yelling like a maniac, making little sense, so i couldn’t even get a word in edgewise. i ended up leaving in tears, which has never happen to me before. i will not bring clothes to this place ever again. one thing is certain: they loose clothes and are unwilling to make even the slightest effort to help you once the damage is done.

On a 60-​day tour of Europe and had one of those thick steel buttons break off on the crotch of my jeans. He replaced the button in less than 30 seconds. Was kind and attentive, and provided excellent customer service for our short interaction.
His shop is 5-​minute walk from Museumplein so it was easy to drop by on my way to the museums.
Speaks good English. I highly recommend.
