I later found out that they have Papabubble in the US in Manhattan in New York. And the other day, I saw they are making one in San Francisco in Hayes Valley…
I’m happy that they are successful bug I kind of don’t like globalizations… One less souvenirs from Amsterdam…
But I guess, now I can go get to see the candy making day at the store since I missed that in Amsterdam.
And they still have branch store original designs for the souvenirs…

Love this place. I always end up stopping by when I’m in the neighborhood to watch the candy making, always fascinating. The fruit flavors are amazing for hard candy. Strawberry is my favorite.

They make candies here I think 5 or 6 days a week. It’s really cool to see how they twist together to colors into designs and make them mini. It’s awesome hard candy, all fruity and sweet. The candy itself has the design of the fruit you are eating. This is pretty cool. My favorite flavors are the passion fruit, kiwi, and strawberry. Bags are kind of pricey but I love them! I got a mixed bag and an extra each of the kiwi and passion fruit. Try it!
