Premier Spa-To-Go

So, I live in the neighborhood and have seen this spa many times as the staff is always giving away freebies etc.
And so the other day I called to make an appointment. I requested for waxing and a facial. As this was my first time here, I requested her for a facial with natural products and no chemicals. The lady tells me @quote@ that if I want to speak intelligently — I should never say no chemicals — I should say no artificial chemicals.
I thought it was quite rude and condescending but I let it go and heard her 5 minute lecture on chemicals.
Next, I go for the appointment and a very friendly front desk directs me to go downstairs where the waxing and facial room is. I went down and the waiting area was not very clean and quite clumsy. I wait there for 10 minutes until a lady shows up, doesnt greet me, walks to the phone and walks back into the room before I could ask her about my appointment. I wait there for another 5 minutes and then the lady reappears and when I ask her about my appointment she very rudely responds that that I should wait without any details of how long etc.
After 15 – 20 minutes of waiting, I walked out.
So, I cant comment on the quality of actual service but the journey upto the actual service was so poor that I’m never going here again.
