I actually thought the bubble tea trend was kinda over. But there must be a market if there’s already the second shop opening. This one is independent from the other one however.
Bubble tea is only for the brave. When you do it for the first time it’s a little confusing because you have to select flavours without knowing if they really match. And if you’re daring you can make every time a first time by creating different combinations.
First the bubbles, around 10 different options. Then the tea flavour, about double to choose from. And then the most puzzling thing: green tea, black tea or milk tea? I had no clue how this all was going to work together. Before I left I got to pick a colourful straw, yay! Made me feel like a child again.
I was lucky that my combinations turned out to be very good (I guess all of them have to match somehow). And the 5 deciliters are available for a reasonable price of € 3, so I’ll be back for more fun soon.
