Hilversum, The Netherlands
One of the finest traditional Chinese restaurants in the region. We visit here often both privately and for business and had never in 10 years had anyone who was not blown away by the quality and dedication to service of this restaurant and its staff. From reception, with a glass of bubbly, at either the cozy fireplace or the covered outside area (smoking permitted here.) One is taken on a journey of authentic Chinese delights. Either by making a selection yourself or having the staff arrange a number of surprise courses for your, with wine pairing if so desired.
The attentiveness of the staff can not be overstated and is a compliment to the quality of the food. Above and beyond any you would normally find in the Netherlands.

The best chinese cuisine in the area (some independant foody sites even rates it as one of the best in the Netherlands). They serve food to an extremely high standard, and they have an excellent wine menu as well. As with other great restaurants, the bill won’t be low, but worth the money.
