We dropped by Soups and Salads to cure our shopping spree induced starvation. Though we expected to just fill our stomachs, we ended up finding the perfect place to get take-​out dinner. Run by father and son, this stop-​in bistro features yummy soups, tasty sandwiches, great salads and typical Dutch meals to take out. Because of this, Soups and Salads is our go-​to for any night we don’t feel like cooking. Luckily, there’s also seating inside, allowing you to drop by for a quick sandwich or a cup of their delicious lentil soup (which you can make even more delicious by adding a topping of your choice). In short, after your first visit, Soups and Salads is sure to be your new comfort food.
