OIL & Vinegar

I love shops like this, delicious oils and balsamics from all over the place, mostly Europe. How could you not love a shop like this? They have a great range of not only the oils and vinegars, but also dips, dressings, salsas and even some specialty items like truffle salt, most of these items you can taste! I’m a big fan of tasting. :)
Really, if you like good food, interesting flavours, this is the shop for you. The only downside? It’s not cheap. I think you can also bring your own bottle from home for the oil and vinegar taps, so that’s probably a good money saving tip. But like I said, I’m not sure if they allow that but since they let you fill up your own choice of bottle, why not have it be your own bottle right?
My current top recommendation: Patatas Bravas dip mix. Warning: not for those afraid of garlic! And if you are afraid of garlic, we can never be friends, it just wouldn’t work out but please be assured that it really isn’t me, it’s you.
