All Wrapped Up

I really hate having to write bad reviews but some places are, well, just bad:(
We recently bought dinner here for the second time, it has been open for less than a year and we had tried their food when they first opened and were not too impressed but considering I am writing reviews officially at the moment I decided to give them another chance. I ordered fried rice with beef and my husband bought a burger. He emphasized that he wanted egg three times as he could tell they were not really paying attention, when we got home we soon discovered they forgot it anyway after all that. My serving was large but the beef was really chewy and hard — over cooked and cheap cuts. All Wrapped Up also had a food hygiene sign on the wall that read something along the lines of «grade pending due to new business», I didn’t think too much of it as it is relatively new, however a few days later I was eating at a nearby Sushi Takeaway, opened within the month and they already had a grade A sign. This is not a takeaway store that I feel compelled to eat at again.
Note: They are listed to trade till 9pm but will sometimes stay open until 10pm.
