Blissful

I really love the premise behind Blissful, I highly respect their values and I wish there were more shops around like this which sell pure vege/​vegan. However, as a person that can’t stand the sight/​thought of eating anything that looks remotely like an animal, this isn’t the best shop for me.
Blissful is probably designed for people who want to feel like they’re eating meat/​animal products, but they’re actually not. Browsing through the fridges and shelves, you see stuff like Squid & octopus, pork, tuna, beef… they even had a lobster there when I went, and I kid you not, it looked like a REAL lobster. Obviously all of these are made of potato or some kind of soy vegetarian thing but… seriously. I can’t eat a lobster, even if it’s not a lobster.
My discomfort with this store may be because I’ve never been bought up eating meat, however for people who have recently switched to vegetarianism and don’t mind the sight of animal, it’s probably a really good store. That said, they do have a huge range of vege stuff that doesn’t look like animal, too.
