Is there anything more beautiful and sad and pretty as an old Japanese man sitting all quiet and hopeful behind the counter of a Japanese food court place, just kind of dreaming and hoping and maybe having some kind of precious internal moment.
That is the glorious little sight that swims like a koi in a pond while you sit and wait for your Japanese food to be cooked and ready to eat. The food is okay. It’s just normal fast Japanese food. I get the vegetarian bento box. It’s a classic. Go for the image, stay for the rice et al.
