Go home taxidermied bird with a barbie’s head instead of your head, you’re drunk.
That is the latest creation in the window of Functional Interior Arts, and I’ve stared at it like many things I’ve seen in this shop, with my head cocked a little to the side like a confused puppy.
They sell some pretty darn cool looking furniture in here. I saw a twisty looking cabinet where none of the drawers had straight lines once too. That was pretty cool.
I don’t really «get» all the things they sell in here but I do think it is a very intriguing and thought-​provioking shop and I am glad it’s added it’s quirky coolness to the Ponsonby homewares market.
