Fusion Salon is a boutique salon based in Waitakere, that has a warm and friendly atmosphere teamed with top quality service! Tracey our senior stylist has been in the industry for over 20years so you are in safe hands. She is a master cutter and a magician with her colours. Becky our stylist will make your day with her colouring or change your life with our permanent straightening treatment.

Fusion team also has mobile or salon services for Wedding Hair, Makeup and photography. We can take some of the organizational stress away from your wedding, corporate event or special occasion such as a school ball.

We aim to make every appointment at Fusion a Cinderella experience.

History

Established in 2010.

Once upon a time there was a little girl who only made friends with girls who had long hair. She also made clothes for her treasured dolls and on sold them to friends, an astute business woman from a young age.

This little girl grew into a determined teenager, who took hair dressing to escape her lessons but ended up finding a life long passion that combined her artistic and rebellious streak.

Meanwhile another little girl was growing up, she forced her mother to cut her waist length blonde locks off as soon as she could, and never looked back. Always the artist she turned her hand to hairdressing and found that what she enjoyed most was making things beautiful and expressing her creativity, but something was missing

These two kindred souls Tracey & Becky met at art school and a firm friendship was soon established. Fusion began in 2004 our two heroines worked day and night to grow the business and uphold the Fusion values of high quality workmanship and excellent customer service

Hairdressing is not only a job, a business, and a creative outlet; it has been my life and passion for the last 20 years. My hairdressing career so far has involved owning and running two successful salons, working as a hairdresser in London and a hairdresser tutor at Servilles Hair Academy.

I’m ambitious, creative, business savvy and not afraid to push boundaries. This can be reflected by opening my first salon at the age of 21 and in 2006 I completed a fine arts degree, majoring in photography. This has allowed me to take my hairdressing to the next level and being able to photograph my own work as you can see on our website, now I feel I can create the full fashion concept.

In my current salon Fusion I have partnered with other team members that are passionate about the hair industry to provide my clients with the best possible experience and stunning hair results. I love it when a client has built their trust in me and says to me do what ever you like!
