The customer service I have received every single time I have been to this Pita Pit has been some of the best of I have received anywhere, ever. That is an extreme statement, but I stand by it.
The staff in this place are incredibly friendly; make an effort to use your name (they take it when you order then actually use it when asking you questions); take major care when it comes to things like gluten intolerance and cross contamination; seem to actually want to be at work; are chatty without being irritating when you’re hungry and just after a quick lunch; and genuinely improve my day when I’ve had a tiring morning.
The pitas are good, though probably the same as you can get at any Pita Pit (I have not been to many, so can’t really comment, but I assume it’s a standard formula? Who knows). But, gosh, the people in this place are just fantastic. Why can’t more places in Auckland have this kind of service?
