The staff here are always super friendly and generally laughing and enjoying their work. The store is tidy and smells fresh compared to some other post shops. They have PO Boxes that can be accessed after hours, there is often a waiting list for the boxes because there are limited numbers. Beware the people outside often working to generate donations for legitimate charitable trusts because occasionally they are not legit.
