Nando’s

It is ok, quantity was ok, compared to other nandos. good place to have lunch.

Nando’s in Manukau sits just outside the Westfield mall and if could stop there for their chicken wrap everyday, i certainly would. The Manukau branch a standard layout and one big open space. You can be seated at tables, in booths or there’s seating outside for that nice sunny day. It’s right opposite the parking lot, so its a short commute to excellent Portugese food. I like the Manukau branch because they work really fast, whether you’re dining in or taking out. I’m always surprised at how efficient they are even when they’re pretty packed out compared to other branches I’ve been to. My experiences with staff here have been great.
I’ve mastered the art of being able to eat everything I like at Nando’s without having too many leftovers. I always go for their classic chicken wrap with extra hot sauce (I love spicy food) — but you can go for lemon and herb, mild or hot sauces if you’re not as eager as me. It’s simple yet filling and gives me room for their peri-​peri chips and corn on the cob– my must-​haves for every visit! Their burgers are awesome too and I’m a big pineapple lover, so I like that its on of the extras you can add to your burger.
Nando’s also sells their own sauces and marinades to re-​create some dishes at home. I bought some peri peri salt a while back, but I haven’t seen it around lately– that stuff is gold. A staff member told me not too long ago that you could look up recipes on their website for ideas, a handy tip I’d recommend for any Portugese food lovers.
Nando’s Manukau is a welcome change from the usual food court fare here and is a delicious lunch or dinner option.
