Used these Accountants for the last 8 months, quite possibly the dumbest thing I have done in my adult life.
Awful communication, late on all GST returns, and I was left with incomplete returns and a $ 3500 tax penalty.
My advice, stay away as there is no chartered accountant here, and as such limited recourse options. The current managers father was an awesome accountant, but the son brings shame to his fathers reputation.
