There’s not much to say here. This is the best sushi I ever had …
We asked the waitress to keep us bringing sushi until we said stop, and that’s what she did. We could carelessly eat away at all the gorgeous sushi they brought us.
There was no saving on special ingredients. Of course we got sushi with the regular ingredients like tuna, salmon, etc, but also crab (no surimi), scallops, foie gras, carpaccio, … The foie gras sushi nearly brought tears to my eyes. They were pretty as a picture as well.
The desserts were worthwhile too, they wouldn’t look bad in a Michelin star restaurant.
As you would expect from a Japanese restaurant, the service is very very quick and formal.
The neighborhood of the restaurant isn’t inviting at all, but definitely worth the trip.

I have been in many asian fusion restaurants around the world but Sushic stays on top of my list.
The complexity of the dishes, the depth of flavors and the freshness of the ingredients is what makes Sushic a world top class restaurant.
For the complete experience of asian fusion cuisine I was recommended to allow the chef to choose the dishes according to my likes and preferences and just sit back and enjoy. And so I had one of the best dinning experiences of my life. In every dish I got a detailed info of the ingredients and the even the order had its reason, finishing on a sweet note with a salmon and scallop piece drizzled with moscatel wine.
Sushic is one in a lifetime experience.
