Really nice restaurant, the sushi was superb and the service was perfect. I can only recomment this restaurant.

We went there for the restaurant week, entering at 9pm but got the starter after more than half an hour even if everything is set as a menu. We thought that the main course could come after the starter but no… We waited for another half an hour and then came with a dish of sushi combination and sashimi. To be honest, the sushi were quite good. As an Asian, I had authentic sushi all the time, so the quality of this restaurant is fair, but the time wasted there waiting for the food is horrible. At the end, we spent like 3 hours just for 10 sushi. For the record, there were not so many tables of customers. Moreover, the way they served tea and dish of soy source is so bad… I would not go there for the second time any way…

O Bonsai está no interior do Fontana Park Hotel — o nome vem da árvore que recebia os clientes logo à entrada — infelizmente ficou engripada e está internada faz algum tempo. Aqui come-​se muito bem; falo de sushi da melhor qualidade possível. E o empratamento é divinal, feito ao mais ínfimo pormenor. Uma única sugestão de melhoria é o facto de ser precisa mais iluminação na sala; se à partida é escura, os pratos pretos não vão ajudar… Quanto ao resto, penso que melhor seria impossível! O ambiente é sofisticado; é daqueles espaço para os quais apetece dedicar horas à frente do espelho e à arte de bem vestir. Ah, e enquanto não nos indicam o lugar a sentar, o bar do hotel é uma excelente opção. Disso lembro-​me bem!
