THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I CAME ACROSS IN PORTUGAL. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

DRIVE IN SOUNDS CONVENIENT BUT WHAT GOOD IT IS IF YOU CAN'T GET THE RESULTS ON TIME. IN MY CASE I I STILL DIDN'T RECEIEVE THEM ALTHOUGH IT HAS BEEN THREE DAYS.

THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONES, MESSAGES. GOOD LUCK IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.

Can you please tell me how I can send a private message from here? there is no such possibility. Is this also a tactic to look like you care when you don't? I sent you a message from FB messenger and nobody responds there as well. There might be a lot of demand but this also means you are earning more money so you can hire extra people. If it takes time for you to find new people, then don't take new customers before you finalize the results of the existing ones like all the other labs. What you say is not an excuse. You can't just leave people in a difficult situation and cause material and immaterial damages.

It has been 3 days since my test and I still didn't get the results. The technician doing the test results said that I would get the results maximum within 48 hours. Yesterday I went there physically again (my time has value like everybody else's) since there is no other way of reaching anybody from the company. The technician told me that he will try to come back to me today but he can't guarantee anything.Of course he did not. There is an option to get the test results from their website. But they didn't give me the access code and the password even if I asked for it. They don't have such a system. So there is no way for people to get test results online although it is one of the three options they give in their document. I marked all there options: Their website, phone and email. No response by sms or email either. NEVER TRUST A NO NAME LAB AGAIN. THIS IS A SCAM AND I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION FOR IT AND SUE THEM FOR ALL RELATED DAMAGES. If you go to Germano de Sousa or Joaquim Chaves Saude at least there is somebody you can communicate with. Monday noon is my deadline for them to answer.

Entrei neste espaço porque tem acordo com a seguradora que uso e porque é a caminho do trabalho. No dia em que fui atendida o sistema informático estava em baixo e nem isso impediu a funcionária da recepção de concluir o processo rápida e eficientemente. Entre entrar, dar os dados, tirar sangue e sair passaram no máximo 10 minutos e já era perto das 9h. Está tudo bem organizado, limpo, a simpatia é inegável por parte de todos os que me atenderam e os resultados saíram em 48h praticamente. De certeza vou voltar a utilizar este laboratório!

Ok, ninguém gosta de fazer análises, de ser obrigado a ficar em jejum horas a fio e de ver alguém com uma agulha em punho, pronta para ser espetada no nosso braço. É um facto!
Ainda assim, no laboratório Lumilabo a ‘tortura’ nem é assim muito dolorosa, além de sermos atendidos às 7 ou 8 da manhã por uma funcionária sorridente. O tempo de espera é relativamente curto, o laboratório é pequeno, o que faz com que não tenha muitas pessoas na sala de espera e sempre que tive de fazer análises, a pessoa que fez a colheita foi paciente, calma, atenciosa e compreensiva perante o meu nervosismo.
Os resultados podem ser enviados por email, o que facilita muito o processo, ou em papel. Para quebrar o jejum podes sempre passar pelo XPTO, o café mesmo ao lado do laboratório.

De um laboratório de análises clínicas pouco poderia haver a dizer, é um facto. Mas aqui o serviço é completo, destaca-se dos demais pela simpatia e rapidez do atendimento, prontidão das analistas e cuidado em todo o processo. Os resultados são enviados por email e logo no dia a seguir. Não há esperas, nem filas e o ambiente é agradável. Uma tarefa aborrecida que é fazer análises resolve-se num instante e sem demoras.
