My wife and I were enticed by the Pakistani doorman to come in based upon their quality and prices and the fact that the chef had 35 years experience cooking Portuguese food. I had perhaps the best grilled fish I’ve ever eaten. Don’t miss the chance to try the Sea Bass while in Lisbon. Whatever you do, shuck your desires to stick with the standard fare salmon, tuna or grouper. Ask what is the fresh catch of the day or recommended fish. You will not be disappointed. We didnt really find a bad meal in Lisbon. Avoid the overpriced eateries in Lisbon. All of the restaurants are comparable. And eaters paradise. Why the 4? My wife had the octopus stew and said it was okay while she devoured my sea bass.

I went here with my girlfriend and I like the place a lot! It had very fresh and tasty seafood and other dishes that you wouldn’t expect from the outside of the location. The sangria was fantastic even though it tasted different then the usual sangria I have had in German, more spices and kind of more interesting. I can really recommend this place to anyone who is up for having a great dinner or lunch with very nice waiters and good service.

From the outside it looks like: Not another tourist-​trap again! But a local told us this is new and before it was a simple Portuguese restaurant. She recommended it us.
I had the lamb, which tasted good, but could have been a bit more tender. My boyfriend had the octopus and was amazed how good it was! (I tasted it, too.)
We had Sangria and it was like cold Glühwein, spicy and nice. The prices have been alright. The staff was very nice to us. (Dish was not 25 Euro like in 2012!)
This restaurant would be so much more nice, without all the pictures of food. Despite that I would come here again, because I liked the food.

On 17.05.2012 I was for the first and the last time in this restaurant and would definitely advise everybody against eating there. I ordered a dish, which had a pretty interesting name. Since the dish cost 25EUR I asked to be sure, what the dish contained. The waiter told me it was a stew with meat. When it was on my table, I was horribly surprised to find out that it consist to 80−90% of seafood. As I don’t eat any of those, I asked the waiter to quickly take it away, without having touched it. After that the waiter in a very rude way told me that I will pay for the dish, whether I want to eat it or not. Eventually he called the police, who told me that the waiter was right and I had to pay for the dish. The only thing I could do was filling in the complaints’ book, however, not only the money, but also the good mood were gone.
