Highly recommend you check this place out! My new, «go-to» for lunch/bfast/brunch. I ordered the French Toast… Simplemente esquisto! Comes with whip cream and berries. Moist on the inside with a decadent crunchy coating. I paired it with a side of bacon and their Marquesa Latte. Sweet and rich. Everything was Absolutely Divine. Service was superb. Food came out in what seemed like 5−10min.

I am here for 4 days signing up for classes at a nearby University. Had a wonderful brunch here earlier today. It was a very cute and cozy atmosphere. The servers are very helpful and welcoming. Their coffee is amazing! I bought a bag to take home to my mom. I would recommend other travelers to come here and eat. I had the turkey croissant sandwich it came with thinly sliced potato wedges that have been sauteed with vegetables. I also got a hot American coffee and orange juice. I also got the alfajores guayaba cookie. It was a very filling brunch that I very much enjoyed. I might be returning tomorrow for another brunch or lunch. Leaving very satisfied! :)

The food was good, service needs a lot of improvement! The main room is small, thus«patio» is a must! Once we sat, our waiter brought our silver-wear and forgot about us. After a while he came and took our drink and food order all together! While we were placing our orders, one of us had to call for his attention because he simply spiced out looking to the next table??? Three order of drinkers came relatively«fast» yet the food took forever to be served! The good food would not make up for the bad services. I did not buy much of attention toward the other table’s services, but mine was disappointment! The food and drink were both good and tasty, but I was not able to enjoy if as I hope for!

The breakfast & lunch in town. The salmon tartines are fabulous. The waiters are excellent and the coffee is off the charts. When in Puerto Rico Madeleine Café Bistro is the place for breakfast, lunch & brunch!!!

Great great great… coffee is great, sandwiches are made on house made bread which is a delicacy, batata fries, their soup is delicious, the cookies and of course the madeleine offered with coffee. Would recommend always hopefully they’ll open Sundays.

Wow wow wow I was getting my hair done at Angel Rosario Salon and ordered the Pick Two: half a creamy pesto pasta and sliders… delicious!!! The guy was super nice and gave me a taste of the pumpkin soup. It was super fast delivery and SCRUMPTIOUS!!!

Madeleine is a great place for brunch. Laid back ambiance, and the waiters are very attentive to your needs. I particularly enjoy their seared tuna sandwich on ciabatta and the beef sliders. All lunch plates come with a delicious spicy slaw that I usually add to my sandwich to jazz it up.

This service is good, the food is great, and the overall experience its worth the visit. I ordered the beef sliders and they where really juicy and had that home made feeling, and with a good presentation too(Im even craving one these right now). Its not easy to find a place like this nowadays.

Visited this Café while on vacation. Breakfast was delicious! My compliments to the chef. Owner Michelle even came out to ask us how every thing was and recommended places to check out on the island. Relaxed atmosphere, outdoor seating, bilingual staff and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Awesome food, fast service, excellent coffee. I had the steak and eggs and my girlfriend tried the waffles with a side of bacon. The sunny side ups where cooked to perfection and instead of a steak they used a churrasco marinated in worcestershire. It also came with pan fried potatoes and a salad that was an overkill. What really impressed me was the fast service, they had me from the beginning. All and all I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a nice place to eat a good brunch and to relax to some french music.

Great coffee. The«pastelillos de carne» are really good. Great service and friendly staff. If it had free WiFi it would definitely get 5 stars.

I love this café! The service staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is all made in house(breads, desserts, pesto, salads, etc.)and is consistently good. Must try the pumpkin soup– it’s their signature soup and have it daily. They also have a rotating soup of the day, I’ve tried a few and never been disappointed. Beef sliders are to die for. None of that chain frozen burger patty stuff here. Home made hand beef patty, the perfect size and cooked to perfection. Chicken salad tartines, also delicious. Basically everything on the menu can be split– half soup or salad. Prices are beyond fair and portions are good sized. If you haven’t been yet, GO!

Great little neighborhood bistro. Great sandwiches on house baked breads such as pumpernickel or rye(you don’t see these varieties often in PR) Wonderful soups, especially the pumpkin soup and I love the fact that it is owned and operated by two sisters! One is the cook and the other runs the«front of the house». Off the beaten tourist path, but if you find yourself in the San Francisco neighborhood, definitely give this special little café a try. it will not disappoint!
