Friendly salespeople, low prices. $ 15 t-shirts, $ 30 polos. I don’t wear a ton of Ralph Lauren but I also didn’t pack enough shirts and shorts for my Puerto Rico stay, but for $ 75 I got a polo, a t-shirt, and two pairs of shorts. Be sure to text the number advertised to get a 15% discount!

You will know that a cruise ship or 2 are in port when this Polo Ralph Lauren Outlet is packed! A line for the change room, Another longer line just to cashed out… and the set up can be really chaotic as the ground floor is area is really small and full of racks of discounted men’s clothings… The deals are so so. I personally won’t wait in line on a vacation for that!

****Not sure if this is the Old San Juan location or the outlet store which is deep in PR*** This store is so-so. The men’s department is good, but the women’s department, is meh. It needs some work. And they also need to work on the customer service. You have to hunt people down to get them to assist you.

You would think an outlet store would give decent prices. Apparently, this one has only a very limited amount of things actually discounted to what you would normally find at an outlet store. 90% of everything else is very close to retail prices and I believe they are taking advantage of the the tourism industry and realize since people are on vacation, they may pay a little more even though it’s an outlet store. Bad move because I walked in and walked right out. People spend thousands of dollars on vacation, you would think at this outlet store, they would be considerate to give you close to the same discounted rates as in the states. WRONG!

This is a pretty nice outlet. The selection is pretty big – whole first floor is mens and 2nd floor is womens. I bought a pair of navy flip flops – original price $ 30 – my price $ 15 – so it was a good deal overall. The customer service leaves something to be desired however…

A very small outlet store on the main shopping drag. Prices are cheaper than their retail store but still pretty expensive. Selection was limited and service was just ok.

While on vacation last year we came in here and found a lot of good deals, my boyfriend found the same swimming trunks for literally 20 bucks as opposed to what he paid at Macys here in NY for 50 bucks. My boyfriend and I together came out with a handful of goodies(shirts for me, shorts & shirts for him) and it only cost us under $ 100 bucks. When we go to PR again, I’d definitely go back here.

This outlet store was over priced. They had suit jackets but not the matching pants. Hello. that’s called a blazer, not a suit. Thank god I went to the Hilfinger store first. I kept asking«why is this stuff so expensive?». Polo has two o’s and in this economy, who can afford to buy so many vowels?
