Turkish Cuisine is a mixture of textures and flavors that comes back from the Ottoman Empire that lasted 800 years. It has the best of the East of Europe cuisine and the Arabic exotic flavors mixed and balanced in texture and taste. The magical explosion of flavors of a melting pot of great food from great ancient cultures, makes Turkish Cuisine one of the most extensive and wonderful found around the world.
So we created in San Juan, since 1998 a concept of Turkish food served fast. It is casual, easy dinning, an everyday easy menu, and yet authentic.

History
Established in 1998.
We started in a cart in front of the Interamerican University Metro Campus and we started with the Turkish Grill name until we opened in 2007 in our actual location.
Meet the Business Owner
Chef Serdar A.
Business Owner
Chef Serdar Akpinar was born and raised in Ankara, Turkey. His origins inspires his meals everyday. He worked in Marmaris, Turkey, also he worked with Celebrity Cruises, and worked with Chef Orhan Yegen at Deniz Restaurant in New York by 1996. He moved to Puerto Rico in 1998 and started his dream: let Puertoricans taste and enjoy a bit of his land, putting heart and flavor to great dishes. His passion has make him have followers through the years and becoming a new success in the restaurant industry.
