I booked a flight from Boston to Lisbon via Dublin with eDreams on Dec 21^st.
When I arrived at the airport, the flight had been cancelled by them!
I called the customer service and they could not tell me why they had cancelled my flight. But sold me another ticket.
The refund of the first ticket came short of 20 $.
I called the customer service and they told me that this was the service fee.
This was a nightmare experience! Do not use eDreams!

I do not understand how this company is in business. Stay away at ALL costs. After a flight cancellation due to airline strike eDreams denies the refund that Lufthansas has confirmed that they refunded eDreams. Details, promises, phone logs, rep names do not matter.
This is a scam. Do not use!

EDreams is a scam; avoid at all costs! I learned this the hard way over a nightmarish two months. Here’s a summary of what happened:
— July 08: I use Kayak to purchase a flight via eDreams.
— July 09: I am informed by eDreams that the purchase never went through and my ticket had been cancelled.
— July 10: I notice my bank account was charged for the flight anyway, so I call eDreams to get a refund. After talking to Akash, Prateek, and Carlos, I am promised a refund within 24 hours. (1 hour, 4 min on phone)
— July 24: (two weeks later) No refund has arrived despite previous promise. I call back and am told to send them an email, after which I would receive a response within 24 hours. (20 min on phone)
— August 3: (1.5 weeks later) No email or refund despite previous promise. I call back and talk to Ban, another agent, and Javier. Javier starts a new refund process and claims the refund will arrive at my bank within 48 hours.
— August 10: (1 week later) No refund yet despite previous promise. I call back and talk Sergey, Sashar, Aviji, and Eider over the course of an hour. Eider starts a new refund process and says I will receive the money within 4 – 7 days.
— August 27: (2.5 weeks later) No refund yet despite previous promise. I call back again, and after being on the phone for over an hour, I am writing this review while on hold.
I have spent OVER FIVE HOURS on the phone over the course of TWO MONTHS and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND!

CHEATED ME OUT OF $ 800! Took me months of emailing, arguing with call center people in India, England, Germany, US and Spain. Finally I went to the Office of the Attorney General and they had the CHEEK to blame me saying I never proved I’d sent the money. I HAVE DOZENS OF EMAILS TO THE CONTRARY. The AG insisted they refund me and they say they will. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE COMPLETE CROOKS! Please be warned :(!!!

The WORST! They charge you a fee to book flights then email you the next day and tell you that the booking failed and that you should try again. SCAM. Stay far away!
