##allaboutdabass Opening parties abound and we have a ton of kit to sound check at various clubs so have checked in to a swim up at Ushuaïa for a base but no way was i going to miss another visit to Ginger. Now in to its second year, seems like the usual start of season staffing has introduced a bout of hiccups but the service cannot impact the ambiance one tiny jot. Most come here for Sa Punta or Patchwork but they do not sate the palate like Ginger. Their offering of Asian fusion is a perfect fit to Ibiza nights along with cava cocktails and some Samba chill. I guarantee the teriyaki tartar, foie gras sushi or crumble crab with yuzu & the Ceviche is stupendous as is the Sashimi de Atun Rojo. Plan ahead … bag up some Rollitos & Crujiente for breakfast after Pasha. BFN, time for some zeds ‘fore the mayhem starts …

Amazing restaurant!!! Great service, great food and amazing location! I loved everything about this place. I suggest ordering the lamb and all seafood. Do not skip appetizers, they are all very delicious! Sit near a window to enjoy the view(and to run away from the cigarette smoke if that is problem). I really wanna go back there!!!

Love the location! Great for lunch but better for dinner. Ask for a table by the water. Also get there early and have drinks in the roof. An Ibizan staple.

A great evening. Cocktails on the roof(including a cracking gin and tonic with orange and lime) watching the sun go down on the comfy loungers. Followed up with great starters(tuna sashimi for me, goats cheese en croute for the ladies) and a super ribeye steak for main course. The desserts were to die for(especially the melting middle ‘chocolate kif’). The staff were friendly, multi-lingual and helpful. The DJ(Victor Agüero) was supercool and un-DJ-ish, the atmosphere was great and the people-watching was a laugh. Gripes? Only two. My wife is a vegetarian and there were limited options on the menu. The pumpkin ravioli is better than the asparagus risotto she had most recently. Also, the price is relatively steep(€ 220 for a three course meal for three with drinks beforehand, coffee after and wine for only one of the party). Still, for us this was a special and enjoyable evening we will remember for some time to come.
