Of the few different main grocery stores in Gran Canaria, this is the better one It think. By far the best (I love walmart), but better than the competition!
This location isn’t the largest they have, but it seems to have more stuff than the other locations which are larger in size. Something I find strange!
The Spanish have strange ingredients. I often wonder how they can cook with the food supplies their given! I certainly can’t bake, I have to go to the american store to find baking supplies. But… here is cheaper and they have sauerkraut. A very important ingredient for sandwiches! And they have one type of bread made without sugar that I can only find here.
And it’s the ONLY, I repeat ONLY supermarket that doesn’t stink of fish! Bad reviews to come about the smell of fish.
