I’m normally a huge fan of suhi yama. But sushi yama farsta was a huge disapoint. My sushi took 40 min to be made and once i got it i found hair on several of my pieces which were served on a durty plate. My friend’s tariyaki was served cold. She sent it back and they forgot about her food completely. When she finally gets it, it was still cold. It took 3 times before she could get her food warmed up propally. As we move on with our shopping my friend realizes that she desperately had to go to the bathroom. Yes what we feared had just happen. The food was bad!!!

To start off, the sushi is well prepared and elegantly served even though the atmosphere in the restaurant is quite stiff. Everything is so white and clean and the chairs are uncomfortable. Miso soup is excellent and I like the fact that I get to put stuff in it myself. The sushi in itself however is not as nice. Some pieces are very thick and require an effort to bite through. I also has some bad avocado there once.
Take away is fast and comes in tidy little boxes that are handy for eating outdoors. Prices are representative of a higher class than this sushi actually can deliver.

It is always difficult to say something special and wonderful about food restaurant chains, but this one is definitely OK. Probably the best healthy food option in the area.
