We were advised to eat here in Hedemora by a beautiful young boy in the local bookstore. It was a bar, with a very dark restaurant. We preferred to sit in the lighter part. Our waiter was very friendly and proud of the menu so our expectations were high.
I ordered the salmon with Hollandaise and fluffy mashed potatoes. She had the shrimp salad.
The food was good but very very rich, hardly any vegetables but lots of potatoes, her shrimp salad was lots of shrimps and little salad.
I was a little disappointed and hope to eat better at my next meal.
