Lilla Vietnam

I really want to give this restaurant a higher review, because the phở is pretty much a staple lunch for me.
Lilla Vietnam is one of three interesting things inside somewhat failed mall Mitt-​I-​möllan; along with hi on life clothing and beyond retro clothing.
The location is pretty sad unfortunately along with sometimes very slow service.
Plus for the food, minus for the place –Opt for takeout :)
The ³⁄₅ star rating is for delivering on par with expectations
