This mall has been fairly depressing as long as I can recall. It is one of these malls that can manage to feel both deserted and crowded at the same time as it is dark and has fairly narrow passages. I actually thought it would just self die when more and more stores started shutting down and the shopping centers outside the city grew stronger. The turnaround came with the new station at triangeln. It also meant that this mall got a much needed renovation so part if it now looks modern and airy. That has to some extent revitalized it but the selection of stores is still the normal stuff you will find in most Swedish malls so a it boring. A few new food places have also opened up but also there very little excites, still it is a vast improvement compared to what it was.

Despite being from Indonesia — the land of thousand malls, I hate going to shopping malls(or maybe that’s exactly why). Trianglen is one of those generic shopping malls where you could find pretty much everything you need, minus the shopping excitement that I could only feel when I’m actually out there on the street, browsing cutesy shops on cobblestone street, but then again maybe it’s just me. This place has Clas Ohlson, most of the clothing brand shops that are out there here in Scandiland(obviously including H&M), some generic café(they do have TeaOne — bubble tea place — near the station entrance), some make up shops and that’s it. The layout can be pretty confusing, but maybe it’s made that way so shoppers couldn’t find their way out here and keep spending their money in the mall. Meh. Next!
