Went down to eat dinner with my company. Initial service was good, and the restaurant is located in a beautiful location. The interior in the restaurant is very nice. I ordered the Lightly salted & smoked Cod with mustardcréme, quail eggs, browned butter & trout roe. It was truly awful. It was not the least saleted or smoked, rather had the taste of raw fish just defrosted from the freezer. I could not eat this so the waitress asked the chef if it was really right(apparently it was, and I had to pay full prize). As main course I ordered the Poached Turbot with pea créme, baked endive & chili-garlic fried langoustine. It was their most prestigious course and you expect value for the money. However the fish was extremely over cooked. Parts of it was raw. When the waitress was confronted with this she claimed it was part of the course. In all, it was more a side effect after leaving the food under the salamander too long, waiting to be brought out.(and yes, they claimed full price for this course as well).
